ASTRO

The ASTRO wedge welder, known for producing consistent, quality welds — without downtime — is the fastest wedge welder for HDPE geomembranes. It will weld at speeds of up to 16.5 feet per minute (5 m/min) and membrane thicknesses of up to 120 mil (3 mm). The ASTRO is known for its simple operation, excellent build quality and long service life. The ASTRO does it all.

COMET Wedge Welder

This compact, lightweight wedge welder is especially designed for the demands of landfill sites, mines, tunnels and fabrication. The COMET wedge welder is excellent on thinner materials. Leister pioneered the small wedge welder format with the COMET, although many have copied its size, none have matched its combination of performance and longevity. It comes with a custom molded storage case.

TWINNY T

TRIAC Hot Air Tool

Leister’s reputation for quality and performance was built with this special handheld, hot air tool. Its closed loop electronics offer precise temperature control. WELDPLAST S2 Extrusion Welder

The WELDPLAST S2 is a compact, ergonomically designed workhorse. The handy size puts out a surprising 4.4 pounds per hour (2.0 kg/hr.) It is equipped with digital controls for both preheat and extrudate temperature, positive twist-free rod-feed mechanism, and 360° rotatable welding head. This machine is extremely durable. The WELDPLAST S2 comes with a ship/travel case and one blank welding shoe.

WELDPLAST S2 (for PVC or TPO) Extrusion Welder

The WELDPLAST S2 is available as the standard unit for PE, PP and other materials, and special versions for both, PVC or TPO. The PVC version is optimized with integrated corrosion protection for the corrosive conditions of welding PVC. Both versions of the WELDPLAST S2 ship with a case and one blank welding shoe.

FUSION 2 Extrusion Welder

Leister's smallest 'Fusion-style' analog extrusion welder, the FUSION 2 is a model of economical performance. The FUSION 3C is Leister's most versatile extrusion welder. Simple analog design keeps cost low. Output is at 8 pounds per hour (3.5 kg/hr.) Previously available for only 3-4 mm welding rod, the new version of the FUSION 3C now accepts also 4-5 mm welding rod. Its features include a slim, ergonomic design, 360° rotatable welding shoe, 180° rotatable handle, twist-free rod feed and cold-start protection. WELDMAX Extrusion Welder

Vacuum Bell Vacuum Testing System

Leister's special high-quality vacuum test bell is suitable for both membranes and rigid plastics where a vacuum test is required. System includes integral dual handle, gauge and bayonet fitting for vacuum hose.

Leister Technologies and PREMSCO Announce Partnership PREMSCO to distribute hot air equipment lines in Puerto Rico Leister Technologies AG, and PREMSCO Inc. today announced the selection of PREMSCO Inc. as Leister's sales and distribution partner in Puerto Rico. In the agreement, Premsco will serve as Master Distributor of Leister's industrial heaters and blowers. Premsco also has non-exclusive rights to distribute Leister's line of plastic welding equipment used in the industrial fabric, geosynthetics, plastic fabrication and flooring industries in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.
